This is a plan set we drew for an example project, the Smith Residence in Temecula. The owners are made up; the drawings are real. Your design comes on the same 24" x 36" sheets: a scaled site and planting plan, 3D views, structure elevations and your material selections.
Every patio, wall, bed and plant drawn to scale, with setbacks and a plant legend.
See the layout, the lighting and the materials before anything is built.
Patio cover, BBQ island, spa and fire bowl drawn with heights, sizes and equipment.
Pavers, coping, pool finish, turf and rock called out, plus the items most HOAs ask for.
Full custom design from $1,000 ($500 to start, $500 at the presentation). Construction plan sets from $1,750 or 3–5% of the build. Your first visit is complimentary.
Example project for illustration. Material swatches are taken from the 3D model; your products and colors are chosen with you from samples.

If another contractor builds your project, I can stay on as your representative: site visits, change orders checked before you approve them, and a punch list at the end.
Nobody publishes these numbers, so everybody guesses — usually low by half, and the first bid lands like bad news.
Here is the honest range for finished work in this market. Your lot, access and grading move it, which is exactly what the first visit is for.

I've been designing Southern California yards since 1996: pools and spas, patios, outdoor kitchens, lighting and planting. We design it, then we build it, as a licensed C-27 contractor. My promise. I take pride in my work, and I always have. I do the right thing, and I finish what I say I’m going to do. That hasn’t always made me the most money, but it’s always kept me going in the right direction.

Yes. Justin uses AI design tools to make the concept views quickly from your photos, then designs and prices it himself. What we add is a designer who has done this since 1996, plants that do well here, and a budget based on what projects actually cost in this area. When you move forward, your full design is drawn to scale in 3D by Justin.
