This is a plan set we drew for an example project, the Smith Residence in Temecula. The owners are made up; the drawings are real. Your design comes on the same 24" x 36" sheets: a scaled site and planting plan, 3D views, structure elevations and your material selections.

Full custom design from $1,000 ($500 to start, $500 at the presentation). Construction plan sets from $1,750 or 3–5% of the build. Your first visit is complimentary.
